The whole place was clean. The staff were competent.- Appreciated having a TV set, a kitchen area, and a couch in the room.- The location was top and magnificent, next to the city centre and Derry for art lovers.- The hotel was a 5-minute drive from Free Derry Corner Famous Wall.

Simple hotel located really close to Derry worthwhile, the pubs and restaurants and the town centre. Particularly good and brilliant location, at a medium distance from Bloody Sunday Memorial. Also, in the middle of the city. Nice design of interiors in deluxe double room. A wide array of goodies for breakfast...

We had a great stay at a cozy and clean accommodation only a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The clear communication before and during our stay made us feel well-informed. The self-check-in process was well-organized, and we even received a phone call to confirm that we had checked in and found our room. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shared bathroom had a good shower. The kitchen was well-equipped, and the whole house had a nice, funky feel to it. The location was excellent, with the Ulster University and downtown just a short walk away. Connor, the owner, was super sweet and gentle. We would definitely stay here again!

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk into town and close to the university. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home during our stay. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a cozy bed and a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the artistic touch throughout the hotel, adding a unique and fun atmosphere to our stay.

There were some issues with our reservation. We were told last minute that our room was occupied by someone else, and had to stay in a different room for a day before being moved.

Really enjoyed our just perfect stay there a lot. The location was top and the staff were very amiable. Easy access to City of Derry airport, which was about 15 minutes' drive away.
