i had a great stay at 44 north bed & breakfast. it's conveniently located, just a short walk to the city center, making it perfect for exploring. the double room was clean and comfortable. the host was super informative and helpful, ensuring everything we needed was covered. breakfast was absolutely beautiful!

Those visiting Ulster University and made it easy to explore the city. The check-in process was seamless, and the spacious shower cabin added comfort. I found the night to be quite hot, and noise from neighbors was an issue at times.

The check-in process felt a bit impersonal, relying on smartphone communication which might confuse those unfamiliar with the area. I found the mattress in the double room rather too soft, impacting my sleep quality. The kitchen was missing a sponge for washing, and there were dusty corners in the room that hadn’t been cleaned. Lastly, the lack of good Wi-Fi instructions left me frustrated. I had to hunt around to figure it out.

While the facility featured friendly residents, noise levels at night were disruptive, which could affect light sleepers. the grilled Teppanyaki fish served was truly delightful, adding a special touch to the dining experience. for a more comfortable stay, improvements in room size and noise management would be beneficial.
